We will send you a comp code to be used for another Zia Rides event minus a $10 transfer fee. Email Seth at at least 30 days prior to the event. 30 days – Transfer your registration to another race or defer to next year if requested at least 30 days prior to the event. If you need to adjust your plans, we have several alternatives listed below. But please respect the fact that once we reach a certain date prior the event, transfers and changes are not possible. We feel like our flexible transfer and change policies should accommodate most people and situations. Be aware of this when you decide to register. Therefore we have a strict no refund policy. We begin planning, permitting, and purchasing items for an event well in advance based on your pre-registration. We set these guidelines for the greater good, not because we want to make your life difficult.Ĭorporate teams receive super cool perks! You get reserved camping space, reserved venue parking, and event t-shirts with your company logo. We will not issue refunds or additional parking passes for any reason. On race day, we will swap you into the category you wish to compete in! Please provide your list of teammates and your team name. Then, email Seth at with the category change request. Simply register each team member for the category that has availability using your team name. This will continue until all categories are completely sold out. When a category sells out, we will reopen the category at the pricing level of a category with space remaining. If you go to register but the category you want sold out, don’t worry!
